Hi guys. I am pleased to announce that we have prepared the second version of our battery test for smartphones, tablets and laptops. This version leverages the power of video and HTML5.
To pass the test, you need to fully charge the device’s battery, turn off the screen saver and lock the screen, set the brightness to medium mode (50%) and disable the use of auto-tuning (light sensor).UPD:
The test is designed to pass the 2.4 GHz WiFi network with good network visibility.
The test itself is available at:https://trashbox.ru/bt2
If the device turns off, just set it to charge, turn it on, and go back to the test page, the last value of the results should be saved there.
In the future we plan to switch to testing on the exact brightness value (200 nits), but so far all data is given for 50% brightness, on an android to set such brightness it is not enough to move the slider by eye, it is better to use the Brightness Level
program. When passing the test, it is recommended that you have synchronization with one Google account. In this case, it is advisable to disable / delete all social network programs, etc.
For testing Android devices, it is recommended to use the latest stable Google Chrome. Be sure to specify the browser version, firmware version and device model.
In this topic, you can share the results of your devices.
